3. Products and pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing on wanies.com are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel the order if you're not satisfied with the correction.

All prices are listed in Naira (₦) and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Quote-based orders

For bulk or business orders, you may request a custom quote instead of purchasing at standard listed pricing. A submitted quote request does not constitute a binding order — an order is only confirmed once you accept the quoted pricing and terms we provide in response.

5. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payment must be received in full (or as otherwise agreed for quote-based orders) before an order is processed for delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and online payment.

7. Intellectual property

All content on wanies.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Wanies and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wanies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of wanies.com or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Nigerian law, including under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA).

9. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of wanies.com after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
